1. PRIVACY POLICY

We are strongly committed to your privacy. All information exchanged through this website, through email, or via session is highly regarded and respected, and remains strictly confidential between Iva and her clients. 

2. PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be received in full prior to any booking confirmation. Once full payment is received, booking dates will be sent and confirmed. 

3. SESSIONS

Please note, after your session has been delivered, there are no refunds available. Thank you for your understanding. Blessings!

Single sessions expire 14 days after initial purchase date. Sessions (telephone and/or in-person) are non transferrable. Missed sessions are not subject to refunds or rescheduling.  

4. SESSION PACKAGES

All previously purchased session packages (or multiple sessions purchased at once) expire 10 weeks after initial session date. Offer is conditional upon a weekly or bi-weekly session commitment. Missed sessions are not subject to refunds or rescheduling. Sessions are non transferrable.

Please note that working with Iva is a complimentary healing modality that does not substitute for medical interventions, body therapy, or psychotherapy. Iva may make suggestions for self-care as well as appropriate referrals to enhance and support your greatest wellbeing.
